Olivia Bullock is a nationally recognized researcher and practitioner specializing in health and technology communication.
As a researcher, Olivia is a faculty member at The George Washington University and has published more than a dozen peer-reviewed articles related to health and technology communication in her field's leading journals.
As a practitioner, Olivia has nearly a decade of experience as a communication strategist for small businesses, government agencies, and institutions of higher education. Most recently, Olivia acted as the Vice President of Communication for a fast-growing digital health startup, and previous to that role, served as a message design consultant on the Department of Health and Human Services’ nationwide “We Can Do This” COVID-19 vaccine campaign.
Olivia specializes in brand differentiation, communication strategy, storytelling, and qualitative and quantitative message testing. She's passionate about communicating complex information clearly, mobilizing audiences to action, and her two dogs, Rosie and Winston. Olivia received her BA from American University, and her PhD from the Ohio State University. She started her career as an Associate at Crosscut Strategies.
