Brian Chiglinsky
SENIOR ADVISOR
Brian Chiglinsky has helped executives at the highest levels of local, state and the federal government, a multi-billion dollar health care company, and higher education all find the most compelling ways to tell their stories.
As a communications and content expert with more than a decade of experience in messaging, media relations and marketing, he was most recently the head of content and communications at Aledade, a company started to help independent primary care practices succeed in value-based care programs. He led the public relations and marketing content for the company through four rounds of funding, the creation of the company’s first subsidiary, its rapid growth to all 50 states and more than 1,500 practices, its achievement in saving taxpayers more than a billion dollars through more preventive care, and its robust advocacy to support independent primary care through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
In the public sector, Brian spent years promoting and defending the Affordable Care Act as a member of the Obama Administration, serving as an on-the-record spokesperson and lead speechwriter at the Department of Health and Human Services. In his tenure at HHS, he supported and executed the Department’s messaging strategy following the NFIB v. Sebelius and King v. Burwell Supreme Court decisions, through multiple Open Enrollments and he worked with a team to lay the messaging groundwork to defend the ACA following the 2016 presidential election.
He earned his BA from the College of William & Mary and his MPP from Harvard University.
